Jon Yu is the Plant Manager of China for Ethertronics. In this capacity, Yu is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day leadership of the company’s manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China.

Yu brings more than ten years of manufacturing, quality and engineering experience to the company. Prior to joining Ethertronics, Yu was Quality & Production Engineering Manager of Shanghai Amphenol Airwave Communication Electronics Co., Ltd., where he managed the company’s quality department, designed strategies and working plans to meet new business requirements, and supervised the entire production engineering team. In addition, Yu brings extensive experience manufacturing antennas for worldwide customers including Acer, Apple, Dell, HP, Huawei, Lenovo, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Sony-Ericsson, TCL, and ZTE. He also has significant experience with quality systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and TS 16949/QS-9000.

Yu earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University Pierre Mendes France and a Bachelor’s in Mechatronics Engineering from Shanghai University.
