As part of the marketing and strategy group of an RF systems company, the Staff Product Manager works internally and externally to develop the product line for every phase of the product lifecycle. The product lines focus around new technologies and architectures being developed.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain product roadmap
• Develop and maintain PRDs (product requirement documents)
• Develop and maintain new product specifications
• Lead new product documentation activities
• Support customer development
• Lead partner development
• Coordinate with the development and operations teams for product launches
• Lead competitive analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; master's in EE or MBA a plus. The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years related work experience including technical development and direct product management experience on wireless telecom related products.

Additional Qualifications
• Experience participating in a complete product lifecycle from conception to end of life highly desired.
• A solid technical foundation with business acumen required
• Leadership skills and a strong attention to detail desired
• Must be able to travel up to 25%, including international
• Experience in RF or antenna development desired
